“Supernal Living” refers to incorporating the unseen dimensions of spirit and connection with familiar physical perceptions. “Supernal” is defined as “from on high: Heavenly.” This blog is actually an extension of Supernal Friends, a site started a couple years ago by myself and two friends, Sue and Paula. While I’ve led a very “God-conscious” life, winding a path through Christianity, spirituality, and healing, many elements came into focus beginning in 2005. My book, Ever-Flowing Streams, chronicles key events in my spiritual walk.The dramatic healing of Paula from an “incurable” disease through the gifted hands of a Reiki therapist, Helen (Ripples of Light), set the three of us on a new course. Studying subjects such as quantum physics, integrative medicine, paranormal events, comparative religions and spirituality, our paradigm of “reality” is constantly expanding. We call it “Supernal Living.”
Our intuitive abilities have heightened over the years. Paula has become a gifted healer in her own right and has a growing word-of-mouth practice, sending energy healing to people around the globe. Sue spent most of her life as a career woman and mother, successful in both endeavors. Her fascination with spirituality led to an extensive study of related subjects already mentioned. Her “Supernal” gifts have taken her a little by surprise. She has grown increasingly clairaudient and also devotes considerable time to mediation and intervention. I have become a Reiki Master Practitioner, working with healing energies on my clients.
The three of us get together weekly for “Supernal Sessions” where we pray or “send energy” to people and places. We also receive information from spiritual sources and pass that information along when it seems appropriate. “Supernal Living” opens your eyes to unseen layers of life swirling around us–from divine intelligence in nature to realizing we are all part of a great Wholeness.
“Supernal Living” means making a positive difference in our relationships, our community, and our planet.
