Watching news and social media, it would appear that utter chaos reigns. What’s really going on? In seeking perspective, I’ve found wisdom in the messages of Kryon, channeled through Lee Carroll. For almost 30 years Kryon, a non-physical teacher, has been offering insights and new paradigms for an evolving human race. According to Kryon and many others in the esoteric world, we are living through a time of historic transition from one epoch to another. In 2012 the earth crossed into a new quadrant in the Milky Way. We are literally in new territory in the Universe. Old ways are passing. But, change is painful. Old thinking dies hard.
His last messages of 2015 revealed probable trends for 2016. He foretold that it would be a year of disclosures, and many of them would not be pleasant. He encouraged his listeners not to dwell in frustration. Kryon warned that many “cans of worms” would be opened in 2016. Indeed, the worms are crawling everywhere. It’s been a year of full disclosure of collective fears, translated into bigotry and hatred.
So, what’s a Lightworker to do? According to Kryon, we need to realize that change is painfully slow. We are at the very beginning of a new cosmic age. It will take years to transition to higher consciousness on a global level. He says in 300 years we will look back and call these the Barbaric Years.
But those of us who volunteered to be here now have work to do. We are the Lightworkers. Sometimes it all feels futile and pointless, but we can’t see the big picture. Here is an admonition from Kryon:
Some of you say to Spirit, “Oh, please remove me from this place. It’s not commensurate with the magnificence of God, and I’m not accomplishing anything here. People don’t understand me here. It’s not for me. Get me out!” Do you want to know how light-energy is created? Do you want to know how energy goes into the grid and into the earth? It happens when you go to those places you don’t want to go to and spread your light! You may be the only one there who knows about the light!
Let me remind you how you change lives, for you do not impose your energy upon the other person. You never have to communicate it verbally. You can just go and “be the light,” and in the process of going to a place where you think you don’t belong, you’re right where you asked to be when you gave permission for God to place you in your sweet spot! You’re right there helping other Humans. Oh, you may say you’re not and they don’t even really know you at all, but we must remind you that in those dark places, you may be the ONLY light!
We must remind you again of this phenomenon that we’ve talked about over and over, but maybe you didn’t understand. It’s about the energy created when you fill a room with light. It lets the others around you see their choices more clearly. You never have to verbally communicate with them. They may never know your name, and you may come and go many, many times. Your presence actually might enhance their paths – not in an evangelistic way, but in a way that allows them to see things they may not have seen before in the dark. They may make better choices for themselves due to what you brought. And while you’re creating that solution, you’re praying to be released from that place. [Laughter.] Do you really mean it? That’s what a lightworker does. And so we say to you, if this is your plight, we’ve heard your prayer. We ask you to celebrate where you’re going every day. There will come a time when you’re finished spreading light there, and you’ll move on to a more appropriate place, but while you’re there, do the work and enjoy the journey.

There’s going to be a lot of push/pull. Old institutions that aren’t working anymore will crumble. Governments may be reorganized in entirely new ways. The power reign of Northern Hemisphere may wane. It’s all part of an unstoppable evolutionary shift.
Those of us who understand manifestation and the power of attraction need to concentrate on what is the best and highest in our personal lives. Then take it to the next level and create a better world first through our visions and then by our actions.
That’s our assignment. Hold the space, shine the light, raise the global vibration ever closer to the frequency of our Loving Creator. That’s why we are on the planet.

“Bob” (name changed) is a mainstream, semi-retired business man. A very “normal” guy. He plays golf, enjoys the culture of the American South, has good buddies. His wife, Kate, is a writer and became a cyber friend of mine over ten years ago. About two years ago, she contacted me after being told by a psychic that she is an empath and possibly a healer. She reached out to me for information about things like Reiki and metaphysics. As our relationship grew, we Skyped and I eventually gave her a first level Reiki attunement. She began practicing on Bob, a willing participant. Many of his ailments improved. As it turned out, Bob is sensitive to the healing energies and even receives mental images himself. But, Bob is far from embracing the New Age or embarking on a spiritual quest. And yet, Kate appears to have opened a door for Bob….

Dana ~ Congratulations, Bob, you’ve had an awesome Supernal Adventure! This is just one more incident of living in the post-Shift era. My interpretation of Bob’s experience comes from the teachings of Gregg Braden, Kryon/Lee Caroll and others. Planet earth is a new cosmic quadrant in the milky way. It’s a gradual turn–a 25,000 year era–and we are at the very beginning. The frequencies and magnetic fields are all changing. Communication through the “veil” is becoming easier. Loved ones who have passed on are keeping in touch and making their presence known. It appears their ability to influence our technology is getting easier for them. Or perhaps our technology is getting more sensitive to them–thus the malfunctioning of Bob’s GPS system and radio. 
As my client lies on a massage table, I run my hands a few inches above the body, sensing the energy flow. When I reach a stressed area, I feel a buzzing in the palms of my hands. For example, once a new client came in and I purposely did not ask why she had come. I felt it was a “purer” first session, if I didn’t have preconceived ideas of what might be going on. In her case, my first scan soon focused on the neck and shoulders. They were nearly “screaming” into my hands. As I hovered over the area, a picture formed in my mind’s eye of the crooked alignment of her neck. The shoulder muscles were also pulled and distorted. I then switched gears and flowed healing energy through me and into the region. I later recommended she find a good massage therapist who could physically work the area. She was impressed with the session because her reason for seeing me was the aftermath of a car accident and the residual neck and shoulder pain.
