I was introduced to author Jeff Michaels and his wife, Jill Weiss, a few years ago by a mutual friend. I’d read Jeff’s recent release, The Age of Change: A Challenging Path to the Future, a fascinating channeled book from a collective intelligence that calls itself Onereon (Oh-nair-e-on). (See my review.) We spent an engaging afternoon in their Huntington Beach home discussing writing, channeling, and life.
Through the years Jeff’s channeled Onereon messages have been edited by Jill into a series of books and quietly released on Amazon and other platforms. They are some of most thought provoking and helpful channeled material I’ve come across. Jeff and Jill live busy lives and don’t pursue a celebrity life. Thus, the material has not found a wide audience, but that may change as the years go by.
Recently, I received a six page transcript from Jill of a message channeled through Jeff on September 22, 2020. I offered to publish it on Supernal Living. It is certainly timely to current events. Some may find parts of the message uncomfortable to contemplate. Personally, I think it offers a higher perspective of human activities. As they say, judge for yourself.
Because of its length, it is available in two formats. You can download the document as a PDF, or you may listen to me reading the material on my YouTube channel.
Find all of the Onereon books at the Jeff Michaels Author page at Amazon.
As we in the US approach a highly contentious national election, it’s more important than ever that Lightworkers unite in sending peace and high frequency vibration into the world. In his monthly energy update for November (delivered a few days early), Lee Harris offers wise advice and insights into the coming days. Seek internal peace in the midst of external chaos. Generate offerings of peace to a frightened, angry world.
Our words and actions send a wave of energy that reverberate far beyond our understanding. Frankly, it’s my opinion much of the violent weather we’re experiencing is a reflection of the collective anger Americans are projecting. The spread of the covid-19 is a metaphor for the energetic influence we all have on each other.
Fear and illness are contagious. But so is faith, hope, and love. Which do you want to catch? Which do you want to pass on? There’s always a choice. Choose wisely.
I encourage Lightworkers, Prayer Warriors, Empaths, Meditators and all such folk to consciously spend time in the coming days projecting the highest vibrations of love and reconciliation across the land. We CAN make a difference.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13

Keeping body, mind, and spirit together in quarantine isn’t easy. YouTube provides a variety of instruction, inspiration, and distraction. Here are some of my favorite channels to help you through the long days.
Fear and inactivity combine to produce physical aches and pains. Stiff back, anyone? Qigong is an energy balancing, mild exercise modality to release tension and balance the body. Qigong with Kseny has a large selection of short routines to plug into your day whenever you feel the need to dispel tension and calm down.
The hoyden of workouts, Denise Austin, has kept America Fit and Slim for several decades. She’s still going strong. Whether you’re looking for cardio, interval training, yoga, pilates, or dancercize, Denise has a video for you.
How about trying to get sleep? Isn’t that a blast? YOGA NIDRA can turn off your monkey mind and help you drift off. This meditation from Liz Hill is working for me.
There’s no lack of spiritual guides on YouTube. Everyone should practice great discernment when it comes to buying into anyone else’s view points. The preachers, astrologers and soothsayers are making lots of noise. My best advice is exercise critical thinking. Don’t just jump down the rabbit hole. That being said, here are a couple of my favorite spirit-minded guides:
Lee Harris is an intuitive guide. He offers cosmic perspectives for Lightworkers as we navigate this amazing era of human history.
Steve Nobel has uploaded 200 transmissions and interviews since 2016. His message is for Starseeds and Lightworkers. Personally, I find the transmissions powerful and refreshing. Most afternoons, I’ll take a power nap and turn on Steve. His soothing voice takes me to la-la land where I don’t actually sleep, but somehow reboot my body and brain. My body often buzzes with energy. If you’re open to mystical mind trips, float away with with Steve Nobel.
Travel to Hawaii with me to Makapu’u Beach for a sunset meditation into the tidal pools, meet a Hawaiian Ancestor, and release your tension into the turquoise waves of the Pacific.
Relax to the angel inspired Supernal Healing Chants received in my morning meditations.
Peace and blessings in these days of Spiritual Shaking and Awakening. Stay well!

The Supernal Friends continue our journey into multi-dimensionality. Mine seems to be largely into the realm of healing energy. As far back as 1983 when I joined a Protestant church healing prayer ministry, my hands picked up the trail of energy “mapping” on prayer recipients. That same year a blissful encounter with Christ Consciousness in the quiet of my own home brought a prayer language phrase into my mind that has served me well. It’s a quiet mantra that allows me to turn off my monkey-mind and open to the healing energies.
After Reiki came in to my life in 2005, working with clients on a therapy table brought more refinement into the process. Somewhere around 2006, the Supernal Friends each received The Reconnection Attunement at a healing seminar with Dr. Eric Pearl. As Pearl lectured on the stage, one of his assistants weaved through the rows and gave a quick attunement over our hands as we sat in the chairs. (See post What Are Attunements?) It didn’t “feel” like anything. However, that night as I lay in bed settling down to sleep, my whole body began jolting with energy bursts. It wasn’t unpleasant or entirely uncontrollable, but it was definitely new. I also developed a strange clicking habit in the back of my throat. It took a few weeks for my body to get used to whatever new energy frequency was assimilating into my field, but eventually settled down. After that, through the years the energy jolts became routine whenever I attuned into new healing modalities. I’ve some times wondered if my “older model” body is a bit like a Model T car trying to run with a Tesla engine.
Anyway, the energy jumping is part of my new normal. In the last couple of years it has become a indicator of connection. Most of my work has become distant healing. When I’m working in that mode and the energy jolting kicks in, it generally is a sign of dimensional connection. The outcomes and information I’m receiving seems to be more authentic the stronger the energy strikes.
Sooo, this week something new happened. Of course, I’ve been spending more time in meditation and distant healing in the midst of this pandemic. The Lightworker troops are hard at work coming at this thing with all the high vibes we can muster. On Monday morning I sat in my prayer chair, getting into the vibrational flow. The energy strikes began, as usual. They range from high to low, involving my whole body, without any set rhythm. I generally hold some sort of imagery in my mind. If I’m focused on a single person or animal, their picture will come to mind. Often I’ll see internal physical workings–organs, blood, energetic systems. I’m assume that’s how most medical intuitives operate.
Sending energy for a pandemic is a whole new ball game. I took some wise advice and decided to simply seek tapping into the highest frequencies of love and healing. “Love conquers all” is very true from an energetic standpoint. Oh, have I mentioned I work with an Angel named Asaniel? (See post Of Orbs and Angels.)That’s been going on for a long time also. I can tell when she is around because of the pocket of cold atmosphere that usually comes to my right side. Interestingly, she can be in multiple places at the same time. During some Supernal Friends Skype sessions, we’ve each noted a cool presence to our right, even as we are in living rooms thousands of miles apart. But I digress. At this point I won’t venture into the mind-boggling realm of the space-time continuum.
Back to what happened on Monday. I’m praying, I’m bouncing with energy jolts, and the cool Angel Energy is strong. In the back of my mind, I begin “hearing” some sounds, vowels and tones, maybe a strange language. Hmmm. I decide to sing a tone and let the sounds flow. Pretty soon I’m caught in the waves of words and energy. The energy goes from being disorganized jolts to steady, full body vibration. The left-brain observer part of me finds this all quite fascinating. Chanting and energy is pouring out of me. I begin seeing images of Italian streets, the London streets, New York City, a veritable mental world tour. Up and down the frequency waves I ride, a strange language rising into my mind and manifesting across my vocal chords. My body vibrates, my heart and crown chakras wide open. It goes on for about 45 minutes before the energy peters out.
My first reaction was to Tell No One (except the Supernal Friends). It seemed Too Weird To Tell. But then, my inner guidance wouldn’t let me get away with that. In fact, I sensed I was supposed to record some sessions and make it available to the general public. Seriously? This presented technological challenges as my new-to-me MAC computer turned out to be too old to download the necessary software. Last fall my Toshiba laptop that contains the proper recording software completely flatlined. No amount of charging or fiddling with cords or buttons could spark it to life. It sat in a drawer for months. After a couple hours of frustration with the MAC, the thought came to get out the Toshiba and hit the start button. Boom, the dead computer lives! PC resurrection. So, now I had no excuse not to record the chanting, unless of course it was a one-time event.
Tuesday morning I set up the laptop and microphone before I began my regular mediation and prayer time. Once in the flow, the chanting and vibrating began. I captured about 18 minutes until my phone rang. On Wednesday I recorded another session. These are now up on YouTube. People can use them as meditation or healing tools. A lot of healing energy was flowing through me, so there may be a Transmission effect. I don’t know at this point what people may experience. I apologize for the background “cracking” noise, which was the Hawaii trade winds rattling my front door. If I can get cleaner recordings on a quieter day, I may do so, if I feel so led. Of course, the winds may have added energy to the power of the recordings.
So, there you have it, Supernal Adventurers, you can listen to the Supernal Vibrations and see what happens. I suspect they are encoded with healing energies, but only time will tell. Meditate or lay quietly as they wrap around you. Your feedback would be most welcome.
I will continue to join with Lightworkers around the globe to mitigate the negative impact of the virus. It’s definitely going to change the world as we have known it, but– hopefully, ultimately–for the better.

My romance with rocks began as a small child visiting my parents’ friends, Jon and Lois. As my mom and Lois chatted in the kitchen, Jon took 6-year-old me to check out his workshop in the garage. I remember it as a wonderland of rocks and stones. Jon was a rock hound. On weekends he dragged Lois up into the dry California hills searching for treasures of geodes and dusty stones. Jon showed me his rock polisher, a drum that turned rocks into shiny gems. Rocks lined window shelves and covered the tables in all their mineral glory. I was smitten.
After I became a Reiki practitioner in 2005, rocks began to “call” to me. I went from admiring them, to feeling and hearing them. They buzzed, thumped, and hummed. My ears didn’t actually hear them, yet they seemed to send their own tunes into my mind. It was all a little weird, but Reiki had opened a whole weird world and rocks were the least of it. I began collecting, taking home the ones that felt companionable.
I made an attempt at studying stone and crystal characteristics listed in volumes of rock encyclopedias. Amethyst is a healing stone, jasper is a grounding stone, etc. I soon got lost in all the definitions. Turning into a crystal healing expert wasn’t happening. Instead, individual rocks became my quiet friends. They became part of my ever-growing awareness of intelligence in the non-human universe. (Plants, bugs, and animals talk to me also, but that’s another blog.)
Let me share some of my favorite things about my rock friends.
Power – Stones are not inert. They radiate energy. Some of it is palpable to almost everyone. Magnets hold up favorite photos on the fridge. Crystals are integral to our communication technology. Uranium is the basis of complete nuclear annihilation. In this ever-increasing era of radiation and microwaves (5G is happening!!), people will incorporate stones like black tourmaline and orgone crystal energy devices to mitigate harmful effects of high tech.
Beauty – Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, right? The De Beers family and blood diamonds aside, humans have adorned themselves with stones with from pre-historic times. I suspect Eve had Adam searching out gems to string around her pretty neck in Eden.
Information storage and communication—One of my favorite books is The Standing Stones Speak by Natasha Hoffman and Hamilton Hill, published in 2001. The authors visited many standing stone sites in the UK and Europe and shared the information they psychically received from them. The book began to shift my paradigms of “reality.”
Storage space won’t allow me to bring home every rock that catches my eye. Nowadays, they have to really call to me in some fashion. Here are a few of my special companions.
Lava heart – Hawaii legend warns people about taking lava rocks out of their natural locations. Remember the infamous episode of the Brady Bunch? One morning I went to take a swim at Magic Island at Ala Moana State Beach. Magic Island is a calm lagoon created by a man-made barrier. There isn’t a lot ocean debris washed up. Lava isn’t a floating stone. The beach is not littered with it. Yet, a lone human-heart shaped lava stone lay near the spot I chose to place my towel. It caught my eye. I received the impression, Take me home. Therein ensued an internal conversation questioning my over-active imagination and Brady-Bunch inspired trepidation. Take me home, it seemed to whisper. Fine, I gave in. Lava Heart has been with me several years now with no ill effect. I took him (feels male to me) to Angela, The Stone Whisperer. She had the impression he had once taken part in Hawaiian ceremonies. I sometimes feel impressed to hold him during prayer and meditation.
Blue kyanite –I purchased this guy at a wonderful rock store in Virginia City, NV. The frequency buzz in my palm holding him is high and clear. Blue kyanite aids in chakra alignment and is associated with the throat chakra. It helps you speak your truth. My blue kyanite rests on a living room ledge, constantly energizing the room.
Amethyst – This lovely found me at the Meramac Cave gift shop in Missouri. The energy she exudes tickles the fine hairs on my arm. For sheer beauty, amethyst is a knock out. Amethyst has calming vibes and aids in clear thinking. My amethysts help create a peaceful energy in my home.
My move to Hawaii elevated my sense of personhood in stones. A visit to the sacred heiaus at Makapu’u Beach led by a kahuna allowed me to touch lava stones gathered from around the islands for their sacred properties. They are linked with ancient gods, goddesses and their families. The energy and “personalities” are palpable. The experience fairly blew my mind and took a while to assimilate. The kahuna also guided us to sit in a tidal pool of our choice for prayer and meditation. We spent half an hour by ourselves, warm water swirling around our bodies, waves crashing onto the shelf of lava. I experienced some sort of encounter that day with an Ancient One. For days afterwards, I felt dramatically attached to Hawaii in a new way. The air seemed bluer, the rainbows more exquisite, the vitality stronger. I sent a message to the kahuna to ask if my imagination was simply running wild. She replied she “saw” a female Hawaiian spirit around me while I sat in the pool. Hawaii became “home” after that experience.
I’ll end with the story of Kaneikokala, the shark god. Kaneikokala is a resident of the Bishop Museum. He is free standing outside some display cases on the first floor. He grabs your attention, like suddenly meeting E.T. The plaque near him says:
