The Power of Tapping Into Group Consciousness

by Dana Taylor

The power of mass consciousness is explained and explored in many venues. Christians look toward Jesus’ words in Matthew 18:20 as inspiration for group prayer, For where two or more gather in my name, there I am with them. Then there is the 100th Monkey Effect, a controversial theory based on observation of Japanese monkeys during the mid-twentieth century, where a young monkey began cleaning the dirt off the sweet potato staple of the primate’s diet. Other monkeys learned the behavior. After a while monkeys on other islands began washing their potatoes. Author Lyall Watson made the conjecture that there was a tipping point of mass consciousness in his book Lifetide: The Biology of the Unconscious—the 100th monkey effect was born.
The EOC Institute promotes mass meditation for world peace. Their website cites experiment statistics conducted in war-torn areas where mass meditations for world peace appears to have a tangible effect–

An experiment in the 1980’s, during the height of the Lebanon war, sought to discover whether meditation could reduce war. When 1,000 people in Jerusalem meditated on world peace, war deaths in Lebanon went down by over 75 percent. Not only did war deaths go down, but crime, traffic collisions, fires, and other destructive events also went down on the days the group meditated.

Personally, I’ve see the power of group prayer through my spirit teams. We love to share those “praise reports.” Our favorite prayer project is baby XiXi, born prematurely, barely more than a pound. Plugged in, monitored, fragile, her chances at life weren’t good. Our team relentlessly prayed for her for months. She’s defied predictions of developmental problems. Now past a year, her walking and talking is downright precocious.
Given the world’s precarious state, a leap of higher consciousness for peace, love and hope seems more crucial than ever. I asked Spirit for inspiration for a new meditation. Mary Magdalene stepped forward in my mind’s eye. One quiet morning I was able to go into an undisturbed meditative state to record the Higher Consciousness Meditation for World Peace. I saw a great heavenly chamber filled with countless people joining together spiritually to raise the consciousness of the globe. You are welcome to join the throng and add your spiritual power toward a better world.

A Whale of a Mystical Experience

April is a month we give Mother Gaia a shout-out on the 22nd, officially proclaimed Earth Day. Spring flowers and Easter bunnies pull us out of the winter doldrums. Despite horrific headlines, a beautiful day is a balm to the soul and a beacon of hope.
While people dwell on land, this earth is mostly covered by oceans. It’s a unique water planet. The largest animals on the earth are the whales. The more scientists study whale populations, the more our human superiority is called into question. Their intelligence is becoming more apparent and impressive. Whales live in communities (pods). They’ve evidently evolved a sophisticated communication system of sonar signals and tail surface water slaps. Divers have reported being protected by whales from tiger sharks. Conversely, whales have sought out human assistance when tangled in fishing nets. Humans have long felt a spiritual kinship with whales and dolphins, which are classified as whales. The spiritual teacher, Kryon, channeled through Lee Carroll, has asserted that whales carry the Akashic history of the planet in their DNA. Now there’s a mystical notion.
I was fortunate to live on Hawaii for several years and enjoyed the thrill of whale season. Mothers and their calves cavort around the islands several months of the year. My apartment overlooked the ocean. Seeing a whale spout in the cove, followed by a glimpse of a breaching belly and tail enthralled me. Every time.
Undoubtedly, such moments served as the inspiration for the most vivid dream of my life. Most afternoons I rest for about forty-five minutes, usually listening to a Steve Nobel transmission on YouTube. That day was no different, except I slipped into some level consciousness I’ve rarely reached. I knew it was a dream. But the colors and details of the experience were vivid and sensual. I could see, feel, and smell.
In the dream, I visited Makapuu Beach, which was just a few miles around the coast. The water there is quite turbulent and in normal life, I would never brave it. But in the dream, I jumped right in and transformed into a creature of the sea. Soon, I felt the call of an old friend, a Guardian Whale. The emotional reunion with a soul I’d dearly missed still wells in my heart. From there my mystical adventure evolved. Ultimately, the Guardian imparted a telepathic message about Gaia and her place in the cosmos and the imperative need to respect and protect the planet.
My Guardian Whale Meditation shares the vision and the message of the dream. How wonderful it would be if humans would declare every day Earth Day and follow the wisdom of the greatest creatures on the planet. You are invited to sit back, relax and join me on the watery Supernal adventure. Aloha!

Another Mary Poppins Year

by Dana Taylor

New Year greetings to friends, followers, and passerbys. Looking back on 2021, most people were glad to see it go. Personally, in retrospect, I had an interesting and generally positive year. Since my husband passed in 2013, I’ve been a modern Mary Poppins, sailing in on my magic umbrella to where I seemed to be needed most. By January of 2021 I had floated down to San Jose, CA, living in the lovely house of a wonderful lady, a mere four minutes drive from the home of my younger daughter, who was about to deliver baby #4. Our darling Caleb was born on January 8 and has joined his sibling tribe with an amazingly sweet personality. I spent much of 2021 in parks, pushing swings or a stroller. The oldest grandchild, Noah, has embraced baseball. My pitching and catching skills have surprisingly improved.

My esoteric pursuits broadened in 2021 with intensive distance energy work for the myriad of names that came my way. My Hawaii prayer partners faithfully meet every Wednesday afternoon via Zoom through Unity Church of Hawaii (all welcome). Of course Covid played a prominent role on the prayer lists. A year ago one of my closest friends, Paula, became very ill. We pulled out all the stops for her. At the darkest hour I contemplated what a hole her departure would make in the lives of people very dear to me. And I had a flash of sorrowful empathy for the thousands suffering such losses in a time of woe. We are immensely grateful that Paula is still on planet Earth here in January of 2022. Her doctor recently told her he hadn’t expected her to survive and sent her home to die surrounded by her family, rather than alone in a hospital. She smiled and said, “He didn’t know about my spiritual team.”

Healing energy and information seems more real to me than ever. The Ever-Flowing Streams of Energy, as I call them in my spiritual memoir (Ever-Flowing Streams: Christ, Reiki, Reincarnation and Me), are flowing still. I tap into them every day, focusing on the names on my list. Some names I “hit” on more than others, sometimes getting full impressions of physical and emotional needs. I send energy as directed. Some times I pass on information that I think would be helpful. In the past two years, I’ve received enough validation of my impressions that I’ve grown bolder in sharing what I see. Of course, often I get impressions, but passing them on doesn’t seem particularly helpful, so I keep them to myself.

My greatest hope for 2022 is that we will collectively break out of the web of fear that has been cast so effectively over the world. The Light of Divinity is shining brightly for those who throw open the spiritual curtains.

Spirit has led me to continue recording meditations and energy transmissions on my YouTube channel. I generally have only a vague idea of what they will be about. I get into the Zone and let the words and energy flow. The latest one is geared for long haulers, chronic illness and anybody who wants to rise to a higher frequency of health.

Now, in January of 2022 I’ve “Mary Poppinsend” to the mountain village of Ben Lomond to a cottage on the banks of the San Lorenzo River. I hear the rushing water and have a view of a genuine replica of a Scottish castle. Redwood trees stand sentinel around me with their ancient Gaia energy. I think it’s going to be another very interesting year!

Crystal Healing Chamber Meditation

Be transported to a multidimensional healing chamber in this latest audio transmission. Rest on a crystalline healing bed and receive frequencies from four fifth-dimension Master Healers. Very often when I’m working on healing energy clients, they will tell me they feel invisible hands on them during the session. As the images for this meditation began to appear in my mind’s eye, my multidimensional colleagues stepped into the picture and created a healing treatment. I invite you to indulge yourself to an otherworldly healing energy session.

Lift Your Spirit With This Video

A few months ago I featured fresh-voiced poet, Chelan Harkin, here at Supernal Living (Delight in the Divine with Chelan Harkin.) Her exuberant joy for the Creator and our natural world soothes the wounded soul. In this day of fear porn headlines, finding uplifting spiritual and emotional sources is crucial. Ms. Harkin’s collection, Susceptible to Light, truly brings a smile to the heart with whimsical verses and images. Her poems inspired my daily prayer/meditation sessions and set my mind on things from On High. Her work so delighted me, I asked her permission to record a sampling and post them to my YouTube channel.

The project took me most of the summer to curate, record, and find just the right photos to bring the words to life. It turned into a labor of love. Please take a few minutes to sit back and enjoy the celebration of Spirit from the creative mind of Chelan Harkin.

Deep Sleep Crystal Cave Meditation

Getting to sleep can be challenging, especially in the summer when a late setting sun delays the pineal gland’s melatonin production. So many factors disturb our ability to sleep–artificial light, electronic screens, caffeine, and stress, to name a few. Glancing one last time at the day’s news is a surefire way to pump up the adrenals and ruin your sleep.

YouTube is a great source of sleep aids. There is a cornucopia of meditations, music, whale and dolphin sounds, and yoga nidra recordings to help the weary listener drift to dreamland.

This weekend I added my offering to the mix. In the Crystal Cave Meditation, I begin with physical body relaxation in the yoga nidra style. Then I lead a guided meditation to a mountain lake and crystal cave filled with healing energy and angels.

I invite you to tune in and hope you find it beneficial.

Sweet dreams! ~~ Dana
